Purchasing

We evaluate our suppliers and purchase only from those that can satisfy our requirements of quality materials. We constantly monitor and evaluate our suppliers to ensure that we only get the top quality materials and supplies before we order.

Inspection and testing

Inspection and testing of the materials are conducted at receiving, at significant stages of production, and prior to dispatch of our finished products to ensure quality. We're focused on defect prevention rather than detection. Our materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products are all prevented from any kind of use, assembly, or dispatch until our required inspections meet with our approval.

Inspection, measuring and test equipment

We test and measure all of our products to very exact standards. All measuring and testing equipment used is calibrated using national calibration standards. We maintain all certificates for our calibrated equipment, with calibration stickers identifying the calibration status. We maintain our measuring equipment and control its placement and use.

Corrective and preventive action

We look into all possible causes of actual and potential problems, then we implement preventive and corrective actions to eliminate them. We apply effective controls to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Any customer complaints, should they arise, are recorded and investigated to prevent any further issues.

Quality records

We keep accurate records to show our standards of product quality and, when required, our standard processes and sources of high-grade materials. Our records are indexed and stored in the proper environment to keep them safe against deterioration.
